How do I earn loyalty points?
It's simple! For every RM 1.00 you spend in our store, you automatically earn 1 Point. The points are credited to your account the moment your payment is successful.
How do I use my points to get discount vouchers?
Log into your account and navigate to your Profile. Under the "Rewards Center," you will see a list of available vouchers. Click "Redeem Now" to exchange your points for a voucher.
How do I apply a voucher to my order?
During Checkout, look for the "Apply Voucher" dropdown menu. Select any voucher you have redeemed, and the discount will be instantly deducted from your total bill!

What payment methods do you accept?
We use the secure CHIP Payment Gateway. You can pay securely using Online Banking (FPX), Credit/Debit Cards, major E-Wallets, and DuitNow QR.
My payment failed or my internet dropped. What do I do?
Don't worry, you don't have to rebuild your cart! Go to your Profile and look at your Order History. Find the order marked "Pending Payment ⏳" and simply click the orange Pay Now button to try again.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 working days within Peninsular Malaysia, and 7-10 working days for East Malaysia.
